Read a game claim by its evidence level
Use an official description, menu label, completed result and planning suggestion for different questions.
Before choosing a number, ask what was counted. Starting role cards, career routes and promoted positions can describe different sets. A static client file and a later logged-in panel can also disagree without either observation being fabricated. Keep the source, scope and date beside the claim, then answer only the question that claim supports.
For players facing a missing control, changed balance, uncertain save or conflicting guide.
| Evidence layer | Good use | Check before comparing | Do not promote it to |
|---|---|---|---|
| Official rule or reference | Read the stated rule and its effective scope | The current document and exact section | A measured outcome in your game |
| Menu or panel | Find a candidate, condition or current quote | Which panel, role and date was observed | Completed pay, promotion or activity |
| Completed playtest | Understand one recorded action and result | Starting state, action order and clean result window | An unlimited repeat or universal formula |
| Editorial plan | Organize a next check or budget scenario | Which values are yours and which are historical examples | A new experiment or verified game mechanism |

Check starting state, action window and capped bars before turning observations into a rule.
First name the layer you can see: a focused Sim drawer, a Phone panel, the Map or the underlying game scene. A control reached in one desktop test is not a global keyboard shortcut. The completed navigation check closed a focused Sim drawer with Escape; a later Phone obstacle remained unresolved. Neither finding establishes that an unavailable work action is a rendering fault.
Plan this checkUse two questions instead of one: what changed immediately after the activity, and what remained after a later restore? The laptop reports show why this distinction matters. A temporary gain, a retained component and a later isolated result are three observations, not a confirmed repaired income loop.
Plan this checkThese collections organize existing reports and planning methods. The editorial date describes this page; original dates below describe its sources. A recorded result is limited to its tested window.
